Tai Chi Performance
Tai Chi is a Chinese Kung Fu Martial Art form originating from Wudang Mountain. The aim of Tai Chi is to promote balance as well as flexibility both physically and mentally. Tai Chi is often referred to as a moving meditation but fighters like Bruce Lee used it as a foundation for their martial arts style. This class will teach you the art form of Tai Chi and put this into a routine that will be performed as part of a performance at Platform. This class will also be taught by an authentic 16th Generation Wudang San Feng Pai Kung Fu Disciple. No experience is needed.
