Make this the summer that you get confident in the water. Being able to swim well makes you feel good, is great for your health and opens the door to fun sports like kayaking, snorkelling, diving and surfing. It is also needed for lots of jobs including cabin crew, leisure centre staff some emergency services. And it is such great fun to go to the beach with your family and friends and cool off in the sea on a hot day.

We have courses specially for young people who can't swim at all and also for those that can swim a bit but feel a bit rusty or lack confidence.
