Overview
Become a fully trained and qualified lifeguard with employment opportunities on completion of the course. The National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification is a five day course followed by an assessment day. You will learn about pool safety, develop aquatic lifesaving skills and understand emergency first aid.

You have to be a competent and confident swimmer before you start. A high level of fitness and committment is neccessary to beome a lifeguard.

Registration will book you on to a swim test on Thursday 8 July at 10am

What will be provided    
All equipment and training materials will be provided.

What to wear or bring    
Every day of the course you will be expected to bring appropriate swim wear, towel, shorts, t-shirt and a pen.
