Overview
Become a fully trained and qualified lifeguard with possible employment opportunities on completion of the course. The National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification is a five day course followed by an assessment day. You will learn about pool safety, develop aquatic lifesaving skills and understand emergency first aid. You have to be a competent swimmer before you start. A level of fitness and committment is neccessary to beome a lifeguard.

Registration will book you on to a swim test on Monday 29 July at 10am.

What will be provided    
All equipment and training materials will be provided.

What to wear or bring    
Every day of the course you will be expected to bring appropriate swim wear, towel, shorts, t-shirt and a pen.

Saturday 24 August, 8am—5pm

You will have to attend and pass the water test before fully confirmed on the course.
