Wellbeing Project

The Zone Youth Project is delivering a series of weekly Health and Wellbeing sessions to young people aged 13 to 19.

This session is aimed at teaching and providing young people with self-care tools to manage stress and anxiety and for general wellbeing. The sessions will include:

  • Yoga
  • Healthy Eating
  • Mindfulness
  • Self-care – make your own body scrub and oils

What to bring:

  • Clothes you feel comfortable to move around in
  • All young people participating will receive a yoga mat so you do not need to bring your own.
