Carnival Cooking


Food is the essence of Carnival and we are celebrating the smells and tastes of the Caribbean. Curried goat, jerk chicken and pork, rice and peas, patties, fried dumplings/festivals, ackee and salt fish, fried plantain and roasted sweetcorn will all be on the menu of delicious meals we will make.

No need to book, this is a drop in session first-come first-served. You can come to one, some or all of the sessions. Just be early to guarantee a space.

What to wear or bring
If you have long hair please bring something to tie it back.
