Arts Award Summer School

Make friends, develop your art practice and experience your creative future with Cubitt’s Institute of Anything. Spend two weeks developing your art and ideas with artist Beverley Bennett, tutors from Central St Martin’s art college and other special guests.

Together, you’ll explore how filmmaking, research, drawing and curating can share our stories, and stories that are hidden in the city.

We’ll find out about Islington’s anti-apartheid legacy, imagine our creative futures with Central St Martin's, and visit the Serpentine Pavilion in Hyde Park. You'll also work towards an Arts Award Bronze, an accredited qualification in the arts.

Institute of Anything is Cubitt's programme for 13-19 year olds. Young people work alongside contemporary artists, develop skills and make friends. It’s called Institute of Anything because anything is possible.

Venue: Lift Youth Hub indoors and outside

Ages: 13—19
